Air, water, iron and in fact everything on Earth is made from atoms. These atoms consist of a positive nucleus, surrounded by negatively charged electrons. The outside electrons have a weak attractive force, compared to the more positively charged nucleus and thus it is easy to lose these electrons by external forces. When this occurs they are referred to as "free electrons" and their movement generates an electric current. When corrosion occurs, these free electrons leave the atom. RUST ARRESTOR's role is to replace these electrons with sacrificial ones from stable. and thus rust is deterred to as an "electronic rust-proofing system," because it uses electricity to control the main unit and anodes.
